South Carolina: Gun Stores to Remain Open Under New Executive Order

As the COVID-19 crisis continues, Governor Henry McMaster issued Executive Order 2020-18 on Friday to shut down additional “non-essential” businesses, effective 5PM today. This order expands on Executive Order 2020-17 and the updated list of “non-essential” businesses does not include gun stores, exempting them from being shut down during this state of emergency.
