Primitive Technology: Large lime kiln, Survival Skills Wilderness

Hi. Primitive Technology Large lime kilns are our latest video. In this video we do a lot of work to prepare for a big project. Initially we built a large lime kiln, then we made 2 bamboo baskets to collect limestone in the mountains, we calcined the lime for 8 hours at 800 degrees. We dug one pit to lime. Lime obtained after calcination is greater than 80%. We made a small experiment when we put lime into a small pot, reacting CaO + H2O = Ca (OH) 2. We have broken the old lime kiln and leveled the old lime pavement to prepare for the next big project. We will continue to make the next video on primitive technology and wild survival skills.
